About us
Founded in March of 2020 by First Nations activist Travis Francis
Lucrative Apparel has enjoyed rapid growth due to our diligent commitment to social Justice. Cultural Diversity is the primary component Lucrative Apparel represents. In our photoshoots we use models of African Canadian, Acadian, Irish, English, Scottish, Mi’kmaq, Nigerian and Filipino descent. It is extremely important to teach our children to respect all cultures, be more mindfully aware of how we treat different people, and not to judge an individual by the color of their skin or their cultural practices.
We strive to be a platform for change. We believe that there is no room for negativity in our communities, and we all must be mindful of cultural differences. At Lucrative Apparel our goal is to have a positive impact on future generations.
Lucrative Apparel seeks common cause with a broad range of social justice initiatives. Inspired by the activism of the Black Lives Matter movement, we have initiated the Social Justice/Leadership Award that is bestowed upon deserving Black and First Nation students to help further their education. Ultimately, this is what we are truly about.
